• Schedule a design consultation

• Signed Letter of Agreement for design services

Phase Two
CONCEPT / 2-3 WEEKS
• Concept sketches
• 2D drafted layout
• 3D model + renderings
• Mood board
• Preliminary fixture & furnishing selection
• Client presentation

Phase Three
DEVELOPMENT / 4-5 WEEKS
• Project revisions
• Showroom Visits
• Finalize fixtures & furnishings
• Preparing plans & elevations for construction
• FF&E Schedule (a very detailed inventory of the furniture, fixtures and
equipment required for your project).
• Specification Binder

Phase Four
CONSTRUCTION / TBD
• Discuss & hand off drawings to contractor
• Construction administration during duration of
construction (charged hourly)
• Accessory staging for professional photographs
• Project close out and client review
