NANTUCKET BATHROOM
This aesthetic may look familiar because it is! We started with the client's kitchen in 2020 and added the bathroom in 2022. The same contemporary aesthetic is echoed with hints of blue, but this time we mixed the black and gold metals to have some fun in this hall bathroom, which serves guests and the owners' three growing children. We optimized storage space with a custom vanity design, which includes a pull-out laundry hamper and specific pull-out storage for beauty tools. Quartz countertops meet textured wall tile, and the floating vanity is accentuated with under-cabinet lighting. To make the design even more seamless and contemporary, we eliminated the tub and made a curbless shower, which makes the toilet/shower room feel expansive.

NANTUCKET
This 1980s ranch-style home received a major facelift. We created a new layout that provided a seamless flow of traffic into the family room, custom-designed cabinetry with an appliance garage, pull-out trash can, pot filler, and many more modern upgrades. The flat-panel, no-hardware cabinetry design, waterfall edges, and a fun punch of dark blue accents gave this ranch-style home a contemporary upgrade.

DAYSTAR
A spacious tub once dominated this dark primary bathroom. The client requested a modern but warm primary bath with a larger shower, body sprays, and a shower design without glass to clean. Eliminating the unused tub allowed room for a larger walk-in shower, using warm wood on the vanity and floors, tile selections with warm undertones, textured tile for a modern visual touch, and contrasting matte black fixtures to update the look from the original polished nickel fixtures.

BECKWITH
The house on Beckwith underwent a kitchen project completed in 2021. This kitchen needed a new layout to accommodate the addition of a laundry room, walk-in pantry, and coffee bar. We changed the garage door entrance to enhance the layout and opened up the kitchen from two different locations to maximize the workflow and layout to other areas of the home. The design aesthetic was updated to a modern farmhouse with neutral tones to give this kitchen and adjoining spaces a style with longevity.

NEEDHAM WELCOME CENTER
This downtown church needed to transform an existing patio café area into a welcome center for Sunday morning guests to check-in kids, receive guest information, and any other services that the church needs to provide. We cleared the existing café area and started with the shell. We created a central location that also provides a private area for volunteers to store personal belongings and house electrical equipment. Signage was very important, and the textured wood walls add visual interest that attracts the attention of those who walk by. Lighting elements are customized above each area to designate the difference in service areas with information desks in front. The aesthetics coordinate with the surrounding industrial architecture of the existing buildings, and the new functions meet the needs of the church and the community it serves.
